Needed a new fob cut and programmed for my car, Bill came highly recommended and I totally agree. Called and talked with Anna who listened to what I was needing and she came to the rescue. We returned home from a trip and could not get our garage door code opener to work. We did not have a house key, so were locked out of our house. We called AAA and the agent contacted Bill's Lock & Key. Bill was not working that day, however, when he knew we could not get in our house, he came right away and got us back in. Anna at Bill's was amazing. I lost my keys to my vehicle and I reached out to several locksmiths and she was the ONLY person who responded to me out of several places!! She responded quickly and also stayed in constant communication. I ended up not having to use them in the end because we finally found my key.
